To complete your application:

  1. Fill out and submit the application form.
  2. Submit the supporting documents (see below).

Please email the documents to info@immigranthope.org. Your application will not be considered until we receive the required documents.

Supporting documents

3-year budget for the immigration program

Provide a budget that lists your expected income and expenses.

Include income from this grant, contributions from your church, and other income sources you expect to receive. You can include in-kind income, which means non-cash donations such as staff time, expert services, office space, furniture, and equipment.

Church commitment letter

Provide a letter from the church that answers the following questions:

The letter should be no more than 3 pages. It should be signed by the Senior Pastor or other qualified representative for the church.


Recommendation letters (optional)

You may include recommendation letters explaining why the letter writer believes your community needs immigration services and/or why your church is well-equipped to open an immigration program.

The letter should include information about the letter writer’s qualifications and their relationship with or knowledge of the church.
