Santa Barbara, California

Our goal is to educate immigrants in our community by offering accurate and up-to-date information on state and national laws. We want to keep the undocumented from being taken advantage of by unscrupulous predators making false promises. We want to help people know the legal pathways to citizenship, and help in uniting families.

Here is a list of the classes we currently offer:

Drivers license study course

A five week training course is being offered to study the drivers license handbook to prepare undocumented immigrants to apply for drivers license.

Mondays | 6:00-8:00 PM.

English classes

We offer free English classes taught by our staff and volunteers.  The purpose of these classes is to prepare non English speakers for their citizenship test.  We have interns from Westmont college that Major in Spanish who help teach the classes.  Students will take an evaluation test to see what level of English class they should be placed in.  Our staff and interns will then work with the students to ensure they get the best learning experience we can offer.  If a student cannot attend the schedule classes we will try to provide a tutor that works with their schedule.

Tuesdays | 6:00-8:00 PM.

Note: Free Childcare is available.

Pensando En My Y Confiando En Dios!

Taking Care of Myself and Trusting God!
